No returns and / or Exchanges of products Purchased outside the Lorenzo Villoresi / Yaffa Ross point of sale network in Israel will be accepted.
 
All returns or exchanges of LV products purchased in stores around the world must be done in the country of purchase. It is our goal that you be completely satisfied with your purchase.


If for any reason you are not Entirely pleased, simply follow these instructions:
 
Exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of purchase only.
No Exchanges Slight color Resulting from Changes in the products will be accepted (see Product Care ).
 
Please contact the relevant point of sale prior to returning the relevant items, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. This enables us to fully understand the reasons for the return and to authorize the exchange.

If an exchange is authorized, you will receive an authorization number.
Please note: it is essential that you have obtained our authorization and a relevant authorization number prior to returning the package.
 
An exchange can only be given to items returned in their original packaging, unused and unworn.
